ORDER PROCESSING:
You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please allow 2 business days to process and prepare your order. Expect an email within 2 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

FREE postage in Australia. 

Domestic delivery timelines can take between 4 to 10 business days depending on state and location. Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays (Christmas, Easter etc.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please contact us for a price to ship outside of Australia. Contact us

Note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Plonkit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

DELIVERY:
When placing an order you agree to an Authority To Leave delivery. When no one is available to accept the item, the driver may leave the delivery in a secure place at the address. In some cases a card may be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery. A telephone number will be included on the card for the recipient to ring to re-arrange the delivery or collection from your local post office. For buildings with multiple occupancy the complete address must contain business name or department details and telephone number to allow a delivery to be completed between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

By placing an order with Plonkit, you agree that the consignment will be left at the location if you are not present at the time of the delivery. Please be aware that Plonkit cannot be held responsible for the absence of the goods.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are sure you will love your Plonkit, however if for any reason its not right for you we do accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
To arrange a return, please contact us. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Once your return is received and inspected we will refund the full order amount minus $25 handling and re-stocking costs. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days.
In the event that you have ordered the incorrect product for your fence type we will work with you to exchange the product. A $25 handling and re-stocking fee will be charged on all exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Important Safety Information
Please read all instructions and warnings and assembly instructions carefully before assembling and using the product.

Usage Instructions
• Mount the pool fence product or the balcony fence product as per the instructions provided for each product.
• Ensure all fasteners are firmly secure before use.
• Do not use if the product or table is unstable.
• Use only as a temporary serving table.
• This product is intended for temporary use only and should be removed from fence when not in use.
• Use the product only as described or pictured.
• Do not climb, stand, sit, or lean on the product.
• Do not use the product in strong winds.
• The maximum load capacity of the product is: 8kg / 18lbs.
Pool Fence Product
• This product is designed to be mounted on a 12mm frameless glass pool fence. 
• Follow any specific instructions provided in the pool fence product manual in the Technical and assembly page

Balcony Fence Product
• This product is designed to be mounted on a frameless or framed glass balcony fence with the appropriate mounting leg:

    • For 12mm frameless glass
    • For framed glass with 25mm square capping

Risk Warnings and Safety Tips
• Falling Objects: There is a risk of objects falling off the product.  Please ensure that food and drinks are safely placed on the product to minimise risk of being tipped over or dropped and avoid reckless and careless behaviour around product.
• Adult Supervision: Use only under adult supervision. Please ensure that children are not climbing or running nearby to avoid risk of personal injury and/or of knocking the product and items on the product.
• Inspect Regularly: Check the product and its fasteners regularly for any signs of wear or damage. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
• Avoid Overloading: Never exceed the maximum load capacity of 8kg / 18lbs to prevent the product from collapsing.
• Keep Away from Heat Sources: Do not place the product near open flames, heaters, or other extreme heat sources.
• Child Safety: Keep small assembly parts away from children to avoid choking hazards.
• Use Caution with Hot Items: Avoid placing hot items directly on the product to prevent damage or burns.
• Weather Conditions: Do not use the product during extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, or high winds.
• Not for Chopping Food: Do not use the product for chopping food as product is not designed to absorb impact and such action may damage the product, damage the fence, or cause personal injury.
• Not for Storage: Do not use the product as a storage or display shelf to prevent the risk of falling objects.
